Our dealers and customers count on the support of 7 dedicated and well trained team members. We provide sales and customer support trainings in location at the customer’s facility. Our range of trainings goes from supporting dealers in the field, in-depth service trainings, operators trainings and safety trainings. We also offer a variety of administrative assistance such as shipping support through freight companies partnered with our manufacturing facilities.
Our inside sales team is ready to assist on matters related to specifications and production lead times. Marketing support is also provided in cooperation with our marketing management in São Paulo and marketing departments directly from each division.
We also provide assistance on identifying and ordering parts through electronic systems and intranet.
The service team is on call 24/7 providing troubleshooting and remote assistance over the phone and internet.
